The guys at tire pros always take good care of us. I needed to replace a tire that wasn't going to be in until late in the afternoon which I couldn't do. Bradley hooked me up with a used tire for the day so we could still get around. Went back and had the new tire mounted the next day with minimal disruption to our schedule. Very much appreciated

My daughter (attending university in SoCal, mom’s in NorCal) distracted while driving ran car into the median and blew out both driver’s side tires and damaged both wheel wells! I asked her to research for the best tire shop to have the car towed to and Tire Pros San Dimas had the best reviews. Everyone I spoke to there sounded competent and trustworthy. They definitely know what they’re doing and I appreciated that and very good communications with everyone who answered the phone there. The problems were with my insurance company quite unfortunately which delayed the repair for lack of transparency, safety and poor communications especially with their inspectors. They try to cut corners at the risk of safety. Bottom line is that my daughter finally has a well repaired and safe vehicle to drive. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. After ordering tires online, I brought my rims in one-by-one as I was doing major service on my vehicle. Tires were mounted & balanced in no time.

Burbank Tire Pros always takes good care of me. They have serviced my last three cars. I had a nail today in the rear passenger side and they fixed it for free. When I got these tires from them a few years ago, it was from a blowout and they had to order the tires I needed. While I waited for that tires to come in, they even put a loaner tires on my rim so I could drive for a few days to and from work. This goes to show the quality of customer service and why I will keep coming back to this location.

I've been a loyal customer with TirePros for 20+ years. From day one when I met Harry who is part owner with his brother, Harry has always been a knowledgeable and fair person. In many cases willing to make things even better to help. I appreciate the customer service from all the staff, they do everything possible to give you the best price with the best service and repair. Many of my family & friends use TirePros, no reason to look elsewhere!

My daughter (Kim Flores) is a long time customer and suggested that I go to Tire Pros. She works with Brandon. I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit today and Leo was the best! He was patient and polite and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be back for three new tires. Thank you again, Leo!

San Dimas Tire Pros has always been great when doing any of their services whether it be changing tires, shocks or just a simple oil change. They never pressure you to do a more expensive option but give all details on all the choices you have.
